High Tech Engineering, Inc. was founded on 1986 in Dorado Puerto Rico, by Eng. Jose A. Ciuró Velazquez who previously worked with Abbott in the pharmaceutical industry. Our objectives are to provide effective solutions for the industries and government in the areas of mechanical maintenance and construction, calibration, validation and industrial sales services. Our goal is to comply with our customers needs with a quality oriented approach.
